TailorMed manages eligibility criteria for you. Simply select the best program for your patient and click Create Application to begin the application process.
Launch Express Enroll
TailorMed Platform will auto-populate as much of the application as possible. Simply review for accuracy, fill in missing details when prompted, and attach any required documentation.
Gather Signatures & Send
Send to patient and physician for e-signature (where required), then send to the manufacturer for approval right in the platform. You'll receive approval alerts via email and in-app notification, and the funds will be reflected on the patient's profile.
Be sure to send the e-prescription promptly after submitting the application to accelerate the approval process.
